1. Preorder Cancellations
An enquiry sent via WhatsApp carries no financial commitment. You are under no obligation to finalize an order. If you decide not to proceed with a preorder after discussing batch timelines, simply inform us on WhatsApp.
2. Future Confirmed Orders
Before you place an order, we will share the confirmed specifications, total price, dispatch estimate and applicable cancellation, return and refund terms. Those terms are not yet finalised for the proposed first batch.
