By accessing or using the website https://cumid.store ("the Website"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Current Launch Mode: Preorder Enquiries Only
The Website operates currently as a design catalog and preorder enquiry portal.
- All Products Sold Out: All candidate diary designs listed on the website are currently out of stock or in design preview.
- Enquiry is Not an Order: Clicking "Enquire about preorder on WhatsApp" or sending a message to our WhatsApp does NOT constitute a binding contract, stock reservation, or finalized purchase order.
- Zero Online Payments: We do not collect payments, credit/debit card numbers, UPI handles, or banking credentials through this website. Any future transaction will be confirmed directly with verified instructions on our official WhatsApp.
3. Product Descriptions & Design Previews
Cover graphics labelled "Design preview" represent creative artwork mockups. They illustrate the visual concept and top-spiral pocket format. Confirmed paper weight (GSM), exact millimetre dimensions, sheet counts, and cover finishes are confirmed by the brand owner prior to batch production and shared during WhatsApp consultation.
4. User Conduct & Account Responsibility
If you create an optional customer account via Google sign-in:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google credentials.
- You agree not to use automated bots, scrapers, or reverse-engineering tools to compromise our servers or Supabase database.
- You may terminate your account at any time through our self-service deletion control.
5. Intellectual Property
All original artwork, illustrations, typography, logos (including the CUMID wordmark and spiral "C" symbol), and editorial articles published on cumid.store are the intellectual property of CUMID and protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial resale of cover designs is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accurate information, CUMID provides the website on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for transient network disruptions, third-party platform downtime (such as WhatsApp, Cloudflare, or Supabase), or unforeseen manufacturing delays prior to order confirmation.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
